Setting goals has always been a struggle for me. I have never been a goal oriented person and that has led to struggles in getting things done, staying committed, and remaining motivated to get out of my comfort zone. Since joining Noah’s One Million Young program, I have been able to discover my strengths and weaknesses and how best apply them to get things done effectively and efficiently. I now know what I bring to the table and how to navigate any situation using my personal strengths. I may not be goal oriented but I have a strong sense of responsibility. I have learned this through the strength finders test that we took at the beginning of the program. The test, along with Noah’s mentorship, has allowed me to turn my sense of responsibility into a motivator which has been tremendous for me in get things done.
